About Hong Kong Community Radio

HKCR (Hong Kong Community Radio) was founded in 2016 by Gavin Wong (of the label Absurd Trax) and Davy Law (Neoncity Records) as an open platform explicitly aimed at newcomers, outsiders and "those who are marginalised" — its recognizable trait is an unusually open-door resident policy that has, per press, actively moved away from a fixed roster toward welcoming new international acquaintances into its community.
