Using SCENES
By using SCENES, you agree to these terms. You must use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose: discovering, listening to and saving independent Radio.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Please provide accurate information and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse SCENES, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Radio streams and third-party services
SCENES helps you discover and access independent Radio streams. We do not own or control those broadcasts, and their content, availability and quality remain the responsibility of the relevant station or provider. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your feedback
If you send feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to understand problems and improve SCENES, without an obligation to compensate you.
Availability and changes
SCENES is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, stations or access may change, pause or stop. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service and may update these terms as SCENES evolves.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, SCENES is not responsible for indirect losses or for third-party broadcasts and services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
