Delete your account in SCENES

In Profile, open Account actions, choose Delete account, confirm the irreversible action and enter the fresh email code we send you. SCENES reports completion only after the account, active sessions and account-owned product data are removed.

Request deletion without the app

Send the request from the email address attached to your SCENES account. We will verify account ownership before deletion and let you know when the request is complete.

Request account deletion by email

Never send us your password or a sign-in code. We will not ask for either one by email.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes your SCENES identity, Saved Radios, Scanned Tracks, account profile and connected account-owned data. Minimized analytics events may remain for the retention period in our Privacy Policy without a retained SCENES person profile. Information that must be retained for legal, security or abuse-prevention reasons is kept only as long as necessary.
