About Retreat Radio

Retreat Radio is an independent, non-commercial station broadcasting 24/7 from Malmö, functioning as the broadcast hub of a wider live and event ecosystem — most notably Scaling, a nomadic concert series that grew directly out of Retreat's own monthly broadcast of the same name. The strongest impression is of a station embedded in Malmö/Skåne's small but internationally wired experimental and electroacoustic art scene, adjacent to (though distinct from) the region's Intonal Festival, itself a CTM/Unsound collaboration.
