About Mutant Radio Berlin
Mutant Radio's Berlin outpost is best understood through its Tbilisi origin: a station whose founding identity is inseparable from Georgian political resistance and cultural self-assertion, now extending a "second home" into Neukölln. The strongest impression is of a station where music and activism are stated as literally inseparable — a rare case of a community radio whose broadcast schedule and its founders' civic commitments (organizing benefit compilations for arrested protesters, closing in solidarity during crackdowns) are explicitly the same project.
